Preparing your petals to ship
Flower petals and greenery have lots of moisture and easily mold if not properly cared for. Flower petals that are moldy will not be able to be used. Never put them in plastic, the petals should be pulled off of the stems and put loosely into a box, loose enough to be able to shake them up.
If you are going to keep the flowers at home for a time before you send them, please let them dry out in a vase without water. Once they are dried, pull the petals from the stems and let them continue to dry in an open box. You can also leave them on the stems and hang them upside down. All three of these methods need plenty of air circulating in the room (fan or ceiling fan), and tumbling of the petals. If the petals start to mold, they cannot be used.
Once your petals are ready, print out an order form and fill it out. If you have any special instructions please add them to the special instructions box. I will contact you if I have any questions about your order. Add your payment and order form to your box of petals and mail to the address on the order form. The boxes can be purchased at the post office. Very easy, "if it fits, it ships."
